frozen banana yoghurt popsicles

Need some healthy, refreshing dessert but the only thing you have in the fridge is a ripe banana and some leftover yoghurt? Grab your blender and try this way of transforming an ordinary shake into super tasty banana popsicles. It couldn’t be easier! They look inconspicuous but the taste is simply awesome! Believe me – after I made them – all 4 “disappeared” in less than 10 minutes 😉

FROZEN BANANA YOGHURT POPSICLES WITH HONEY AND CINNAMON

Ingredients

(for about 250 ml – 4 small popsicles)

1 banana

4 tbsp greek yoghurt

1 tbsp honey

pinch of cinnamon

Recipe

Peel the banana and blend with the yoghurt, honey and cinnamon. Pour the cream to the ice popsicle containers and transfer to the freezer for about 2-3hours or until completely frozen. Try to do these healthy popsicles at home – you will forget about buying them in the shop for a long time 🙂
